Why People Choose Matson
Matson Lumber has been a family-run business in Northwestern Pennsylvania for generations, and that shows in the way we treat our people. Many of our team members have been with us for 10, 20, even 30-plus years, and that kind of loyalty isn't an accident. It's the result of steady work, fair treatment, and a real chance to build something long-term. If you're looking for a job where showing up and doing things right actually gets noticed, here's what you can expect at Matson.
